Chancheng Park of Foshan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone


Chancheng Park of FoshanNational High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as Foshan High-tech Zone), an important part of the "five parks in one zone" of Foshan High-tech Zone, is a national high-tech industrial development zone approved by the State Council in 1992 with the overall planning area of about 6.5 square kilometers, including 4 square kilometers of the southern park and 2.5 square kilometers of the western park.


Chancheng Park of Foshan High-tech Zone (western park) is east to Pingjiang North Road (formerly Western City Avenue), south to Zhangcha First Road and Zhangcha Second Road (formerly Zhangcha West Road), and west and north to Foshan Waterway. Foshan High-tech Zone is clustered with South China Power Innovation and Technology Industrial Park, South China Life Science Park, European Industrial Park, Funeng Big Data Industrial Park, Lingyi Technology Park, Grand Honor Industrial Park, Tongxiang Xinli Industrial Park and other parks to develop high-end equipment manufacturing, electronic information, life medicine, knitted clothing and modern service industry. Foshan High-tech Zone is also agglomerated with high-tech enterprises such as BAYKEE, Guangshun Electric Appliance, Miga Ceramics, Iron Man Environmental Technology, and TAMRON, along with 2 municipal incubators and 13 research and development (R&D) institutions. South China Innovation Valley as a modern service center integrates finance, business office, scientific and technological services and other functions, and has introduced trade associations, enterprises service centers, government administrative service centers and other institutions.

Chancheng Park of Foshan High-tech Zone (southern park) is north to Kuiqi Road, west to Lingnan Avenue, and southeast to Dongping Avenue. It mainly develops high-end equipment manufacturing, electronic information, business office, finance and modern service industry with 21 high-tech enterprises including Hualu Automation Controller and Golden Port Logistics, and 5 provincial engineering centers.
