FAW Jiefang settled in Gaoming

On the morning of September 9th, FAW Jiefang Automotive Co., Ltd. auctioned the right of a piece of state-owned construction land in Gaoming to build the New Energy Automotive Base Project of FAW Jiefang in South China.

The transaction information shows that the land is located in the east of Haitian Avenue and the north of Dacheng Road, Hecheng Town, with an area of 237872.16 square meters and the transaction price of 86.09 million yuan.

FAW Jiefang is a well-known manufacturing enterprise of medium, heavy and light trucks and buses in China. It is reported that the project is conducting site leveling and has obtained the pilot qualification of “immediate construction after taking the land” in Gaoming District, which will start the pre-examination planing and design section soon. The first phase plans to produce 5,000 commercial vehicles using hydrogen fuel cells per year.
